University of Exeter prioritises usability of a new HR system
University of Exeter chose Civica to put the electronic performance development (ePDR) system through usability testing. It was critical that the new system would meet the users’ needs to carry out performance assessments and record goals for personal development easily with minimal time spent.
Read our blog to discover how Civica helped University of Exeter to customise their system to fit the user needs and overcome the challenges their staff have faced on daily bases by removing administrative burden, complying with the accessibility standards and allowing the university to gain knowledge needed to keep improving.
Outcomes
4,000 staff use the system
64 issues identified and proposals for resolving them
Knowledge gained applied elsewhere in the university
