NAFA Technology appointed as Civica's official reseller, helping libraries, education institutions and public sector organisations modernise services with the Spydus platform
Civica, a global GovTech champion supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day, has appointed NAFA Technology Sdn Bhd as its official reseller in Malaysia. The partnership is focused on expanding access to Civica’s Spydus library management platform and supporting digital transformation across libraries, education institutions and the wider public sector.
Through this collaboration, NAFA Technology will deliver Spydus, Civica’s cloud-hosted and fully integrated library system, to organisations across Malaysia. Trusted by more than 2,000 library institutions, covering over 8,000 facilities and serving more than 31 million users worldwide, Spydus supports public, academic and school libraries with a single platform that brings together core ILMS functionality, discovery, event management, digital collections and analytics.
By replacing fragmented systems with a unified architecture, Spydus enables libraries to improve staff productivity, reduce total cost of ownership and provide more connected, user focused services. NAFA Technology will provide local sales, implementation, training and ongoing support, ensuring solutions are aligned with Malaysian requirements while drawing on Civica’s global expertise.
