In June and July, our global Compliance & Improvement team used our Days of Difference to take on Breast Cancer UK’s Walk 500 challenge. We had 30 days in total to complete 500 miles (the distance between Breast Cancer UK's research lab at Kings College, London to the research lab at Aberdeen University, Scotland). Our UK team members ended the 30 days as a group, walking together from our Leeds hub to scenic spots outside of the city. It was raining most of the time, but there were no complaints when our colleagues in India had to contend with high temperatures and heavy rain all through the 30 days! At the end of the challenge we'd covered 856 miles as a group and raised £1,060 for Breast Cancer UK.
