Civica expands community care platform with launch of CarelinkAir Roster
The cloud-based platform improves data accuracy for rostering and enables more time for client engagement
SYDNEY, 19 November 2019: Civica, a global leader in cloud software for public services, is today launching CarelinkAir Roster, the latest module in its leading edge solution for Australian community care organisations.
This functionality builds on the current CarelinkAir web-based offering which allows staff to access digital forms from the field. By using CarelinkAir, care staff can reduce data entry duplication and save time, enabling them to spend more of their time on client needs. The platform is currently used by community care organisations around Australia including KARI, an indigenous support services provider, and national disability services provider for young people, Lifestyle Solutions.

The CarelinkAir Roster cloud solution enables care workers in the field to view, create, move, approve and cancel shifts from any mobile device. The new module was designed in partnership with existing users and expands on Civica’s mission to increase efficiencies for Australian community care organisations and provide accurate employee and client data that can be accessed anywhere and at anytime.
