BaptistCare (NSW & ACT) goes live with Civica Cx cloud-based housing management solution
Provider creating efficiencies to invest more in housing for communities in need
Sydney, January 29, 2018: Civica, the market leader in business-critical software, digital solutions and managed services for the public sector and regulated markets, is pleased to announce that aged care and community housing provider BaptistCare (NSW & ACT) is Australia’s first customer to go live on Cx, the cloud-based, tenant-centric community housing management solution.
BaptistCare signed up for Cx, the digital platform for social housing, earlier last year after reviewing the market for the best solution to reduce their costs and improve productivity and efficiencies, enabling greater investment in affordable housing.
The key benefit offered by Cx was a solution that put tenants at the heart of the offering. Tenant centric features include improved communication between tenants and employees with an intuitive web portal, and streamlined data collection dissemination enabling less administration and more time spent with the community. Mobility features of Cx ensure that employees have access to up-to-date business and tenant information through web based dashboards, helping them take corrective action when needed.
