Supporting Bradford City Council’s adult social care charging reform
City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council (CBMDC) successfully reviewed its adult social care charging policy with the help of Civica. An experienced partner was required to deliver 3,600 financial assessments to those receiving non-residential care.
The challenge

The solution
CBMDC and Civica worked closely as a partnership, with weekly governance meetings to ensure transparency and oversight, ensuring the adult social care financial assessments were delivered to the highest standard.
