Civica innovation campaign secures two prestigious global awards

Civica has secured two prestigious awards for its groundbreaking thought-leadership innovation series, Perspectives.

Launched in 2021, Perspectives is aimed at provoking discussion around the key technologies shaping our world and how the public sector can better leverage them to deliver for citizens. The campaign’s five key reports, which were developed in collaboration with partners including Microsoft, the NHS, Amazon and InnovateUK, covered a wide range of topics including AI, machine learning, tech trends and more. The campaign helped the series achieve more than 500K downloads and reach an audience of over 60 million.

The Perspectives series secured the award for ‘Best Use of Content in a Campaign’ at the 2023 Global Marketing Awards, which were judged by an esteemed panel of experts from leading brands, agencies and consultancies including Microsoft, VCCP, Virgin Atlantic, LID Business Media, Lucky Saint, SaturnFive, Thinkbox and many others.

The campaign also won the award for ‘Best Omni-Channel/Multi-Channel Campaign’, which recognises the impact of an omni-channel approach linking multiple channels to drive awareness, connect customer experience and build loyalty.

Now in their twelfth year, the Global Marketing Awards illustrate the range of creative talent from in-house teams and agencies in the field of marketing.
