Anglicare offers innovative service to affordable housing tenants with  Civica’s Cx cloud-based housing management solution

Civica’s tenant-centric housing management solution will increase communication between Anglicare and their residents. Cx offers real-time information to help make decisions that support people on low incomes, and build safe and thriving communities.

Sydney, March 7 2018: Anglicare has selected Civica’s Cx cloud based housing management solution to manage, support and grow their affordable housing service. The not-for-profit organisation provides aged care, retirement living and community services, and has cared for vulnerable members in our community for more than 160 years.

The benefit for Anglicare implementing Cx includes the efficient management of applicants, tenants, and leaseholders. This cloud-hosted solution puts people at the heart of service delivery. By capturing essential data, Cx will help Anglicare tailor their services to meet the need, and enhance communication between Anglicare and their tenants. Real-time data will also alert front-line staff about service requests and vacant properties.

Anglicare will be implementing key modules to streamline the allocation of properties, rent collections, communication and feedback.
