Havebury goes live with Civica Cx Housing Management System

Havebury Housing Management has implemented Civica’s web-based integrated housing management system as part of its strategy to simplify and deliver better customer services for its tenants.

Suffolk-based housing association Havebury, who owns and manages over 6,000 houses and flats across the East of England identified Cx as the ideal IT platform for delivering improved services.

Director of Resources at Havebury, Marie McCleary said: “After evaluating a number of different options, we took a strategic decision to implement both Civica Cx and Keystone Asset Management systems to simplify and standardise our current housing applications.”

Havebury’s Head of Information Services, Paul Rowley said: “At Havebury, we believe that technology, appropriately targeted and well-harnessed, can help our team deliver high-quality services. Civica Cx and Keystone form a key platform for us, part of a wider transformation of how we interact with our customers and contractors, using contemporary technologies.”

We’re delighted to be partnering with Havebury as it continues on its journey to transform customer service and housing management for tenants in the local community. Our Civica Cx solution is going from strength-to-strength, now in full use with five key customers and more than 20 further organisations set to go live in the near future.” Jeff Hewitt, Executive Director of Housing and Asset Management at Civica
