Orwell chooses Civica to boost automation and customer service
Orwell Housing Association is the latest customer to go live with Civica’s Cx Housing platform
The main benefits that Orwell will achieve are the automation of customer communications, as well as improved customer services; by using a single platform, Orwell will have a complete view of all housing related customer interactions.
In addition to Civica Cx, Orwell has implemented Civica's mobile solution, enabling the organisation to offer flexible working. Employees can create and update jobs when out and about and collate up-to-date information, captured in real-time. Just as importantly, Civica Cx enables Orwell’s repair operatives to deliver improved services for customers in rural areas.
Orwell Housing Association was formed in 1963 and managed just a handful of properties. Today, Orwell provides a range of services including housing, support and care services, employing around 700 people and manage more than 3,500 homes for over 7,000 residents.
