Civica climbs up Sunday Times Top Track 250 companies

The Civica Group, a market leader in critical software applications, digital solutions and outsourcing services, has boosted its ranking on the annual Sunday Times Grant Thornton Top Track 250.

Published this October, the 13th annual Top Track 250 league table ranks Britain’s private mid-market growth companies with the biggest sales. Since entering the ranking in 2012, Civica has moved up 150 places to no.78, sitting alongside many large household names.

This latest endorsement follows strong recognition of Civica’s commitment to its people and culture, from its recent Investors in People Gold re-accreditation to high Employee Net Promoter and Glassdoor scores, the latter putting Civica in the top 20 list of ‘most-recommended companies to work for’.

Operationally, the company has also gained several more accolades in 2017, including winning HealthInvestor’s Technology Provider of the Year Award and being named Microsoft’s Worldwide Software Asset Management Partner of the Year.

Wayne Story, Civica Chief Executive commented: “We’re delighted to improve our standing within this Sunday Times Top Track 250. Civica continues to build on an excellent operational and financial track record based on our distinctive capability and culture and supported by investments in our operating platform, as we aim to be the leading technology-based partner for customers in our chosen markets.”

Malcolm Gomersall, Partner at Grant Thornton UK LLP, the title sponsor of the league table, also praised the companies included for their performance: “The UK may be at a pivotal point in its history, but the Top Track 250 clearly demonstrates what can be achieved by exciting dynamic businesses. These companies think locally and act globally, they innovate to grow and embrace an entrepreneurial spirit that this country needs to secure a positive post-Brexit future.”
