Enliven Housing, a Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) provider commissioning high-quality disability housing options for Australians, has announced its plans to move its housing services to the cloud using Civica’s Cx Housing SaaS solution. With an already impressive portfolio of specialist disability accommodation assets under its management and significant growth plans, the organisation aims to future-proof its operations, while remaining focused on enhancing its services to tenants.

Civica’s Housing and Asset Management solutions have been embraced by more than 400 customers, enabling SDA and Community Housing Providers (CHPs) to provide their tenants with greater choice in managing payments and vacancies, while also improving the overall tenant experience. With these solutions, contractors can efficiently maintain properties in a safe and effective manner, ensuring that the properties meet the highest standards of quality. Civica’s technology empowers both SDA and CHPs to interact more effectively with their tenants, creating a seamless and positive experience for all parties involved.

Cx Housing and Asset Management provides its features from a single platform, enabling a more customer-centric approach, allowing local SDA’s and CHP’s to deliver smarter, more responsive services while keeping costs down.

The Civica solution will allow Enliven Housing to streamline its operations and enhance its ability to provide quality housing services, maximising opportunities for those with a disability.

Implementation of the solution is set to begin this month, with plans to go live in July.
