Driving Civica’s product strategy and innovation
Civica, a global GovTech champion supporting the needs of citizens and those that serve them every day, announces the appointment of Debbi Roberts as interim Chief Product Officer. Debbi joins Civica’s executive leadership team, reporting to CEO Lee Perkins.
A highly experienced SaaS leader, Debbi brings over 25 years of proven expertise in product management, strategy and innovation. Most recently, she served as Operating Partner for the Executive Director at Vista Equity Partners and SVP of Product at Quickbase, where she led transformative product strategies and accelerated growth across complex software portfolios. Earlier in her career, Debbi held senior product and strategy roles at Newfold Digital, Motorola, Verisign and GE, among others, establishing a track record of success in building scalable, customer-centric SaaS products across multiple industries.
In her new role, Debbi will be responsible for driving Civica’s global product strategy - building and executing strategic and commercial roadmaps that enhance value for customers and citizens alike. She will foster strong collaboration across teams to ensure close alignment between product, engineering, customer and commercial functions, enabling Civica to deliver innovative and impactful software at scale. Effective immediately, product directors and their teams will report directly to Debbi.
