City of Armadale’s Authority Altitude upgrade implemented ahead of schedule – delivering on all the benefits a SaaS platform offers

The City of Armadale, a local government authority in Perth’s southeastern suburbs, serves a community of over 90,000 with a staff of 650. After using Authority software since 2003, the City recently upgraded to Authority Altitude following an IT audit led by ICT Manager Bill Bell.

The transition to the cloud has enhanced operational efficiency, freed up staff, and improved the maturity of both the City’s ICT and business processes.
