Over the past 12 months, Civica has deepened its engagement across the state, culminating in the onboarding of some of WA’s largest councils. Today, more than 60 councils and customers across WA use one or more of Civica’s trusted solutions, including 40 libraries powered by Spydus, Civica's library management system.
A key highlight of Civica’s WA strategy is the Regional WA Library Consortium (RWALC), a collaborative initiative that brings together councils to drive shared innovation and efficiency. This model has proven instrumental in delivering scalable, community-focused outcomes.
Civica is also championing financial innovation in partnership with Payble, helping councils reimagine the way residents manage payments – making interactions simpler, smarter and more flexible.
At WALGA 2025, Civica will showcase its latest advancements, including the introduction of Authority Altitude in WA - a powerful enterprise platform designed to meet the evolving needs of regional and metropolitan councils. This marks a significant step in Civica’s mission to provide strong alternatives for WA, empowering them with modern, responsive technology.
