British School of Paris saves time with Parago software

Asset management reduces time, cost, and workload for IT department.

British School of Paris is one of the largest British international schools with exceptional facilities, including an indoor sports hall, well equipped laboratories, all weather pitch, and purpose-built junior school. They were the first school in France to equip all pupils with iPad digital tablets to enhance learning across the curriculum.

This meant that the IT department was held back with an overload of asset management each year, only using paper based excel spreadsheets to complete inventory checks. With all the equipment in the schools, this would take roughly two weeks to complete.

British School of Paris noticed the benefits of using Parago almost instantly, with quick and easy access to their inventory via an icon-based dashboard, it only took a couple of seconds to source the information they needed in order to complete their inventory tasks, saving them time and money across both schools.

Cut down costs of auto-renewals with licence manager

Matthieu Goblet,

Information System Manager,

I initially thought it difficult to assess the cost and time benefits, since Parago completely changed the way we worked. However, it is definitely an improvement and the licence manager is a fantastic tool! For instance, it only takes a few clicks to see if we have the resource when a teacher asks for a software installation.
