Hwee Li is one of our fabulous Service Desk Analysts. Her role is to provide prompt service to our local government customers, helping them to solve their issues so they can continue with their daily operations.

“We live in a digital world now and I cannot imagine the possibility working manually to process and keep the records on a large scale nowadays. By providing application support to customers I contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our local government customers.

I feel a great sense of fulfilment and accomplishment every day. With our support, our whole Service Desk team makes a positive impact by supporting our customers to get the best out of their software and provide great services to the community.

I enjoy what I do, and my lovely team, and appreciate for the training opportunities given by Civica. I take every learning opportunities when it comes. I can’t wait to learn more and more every day!

Our flexible working, and the ability to work from home more now, has given me additional time for my young family, which I love. In the past I spent 1-2 hours commuting to the office, but now I can play Lego with my kids in the morning which is a bonus. It’s definitely a better balance for me.”
