Hartlepool Borough Council unlocks up to £750k in additional income with Civica OnDemand
Hartlepool Borough Council was at a point where overdue social care financial assessments had built up faster than the internal team could get through them. To address a surge in emerging Adult Social Care financial assessments, the council chose to temporarily supplement their already busy team with Civica OnDemand resources to quickly regain control of their workload.
