Civica’s latest Carelink cloud software solution recognised by the Australian Business Awards (ABA).
Civica, an international leader in software for public services, has picked up a mobile innovation award at this year’s Australian Business Awards (ABA), an awards program recognising organisations that demonstrate innovation, business sustainability, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement.
Civica, whose cloud-based health and care solutions are used by more than 500 customers globally, was awarded the mobile innovation award for its CarelinkGo smartphone solution that helps community care organisations save time and money, which can then be put back into caregiving. The Award for Mobile Innovation recognises mobile applications, products and services that provide innovative solutions for new and existing market needs.
The award highlights Civica’s role in the Australian care sector as a market leader that supports innovation to improve customer outcomes. In April this year, Civica revealed that 19% of total software revenue was invested in development, which helps sustain product innovation. This, combined with a recently announced expanded Health & Care software portfolio for Australian markets, demonstrates Civica’s commitment to providing the latest cloud and mobile technologies to help improve client and commercial outcomes for providers in the region
Craig Porte, Managing Director of Civica’s Care business says this award recognises the efforts put in by Civica and the journey they have undertaken in developing a solution that adds real value to customers.
“The CarelinkGo Smartphone application has played a vital role in enabling Australia’s community care providers to offer more assistance to their clients by saving time spent by mobile care workers on accessing rostering information and completing admin tasks such as timesheets, and updating client data.
“We are proud to have received the award for mobile innovation, which highlights Civica as a leader in customer-focused software innovation.”
