We’ll be looking ahead at our roadmap, demonstrating new features and showing you how to get the most from your software with a series of breakout workshops and presentations. There will be plenty of opportunity for networking with peers and the Civica team over refreshments and lunch.

Costs for attending the HR & Payroll Community Day

Each Civica HR & Payroll customer is entitled to one free conference place but may purchase additional places at a cost of £45 + VAT subject to event capacity. If more than one person from your organisation is attending then please provide a PO number or booking reference in order that we may invoice you.

Please note that in the event of cancellation within 2 weeks of the event or non-attendance that all places become chargeable.

Hilton Birmingham Metropole is situated next to the NEC, Genting Arena, Birmingham International Train Station and Birmingham Airport.

Travelling by car

There is ample on site parking, charged at £12 per day. 

Travelling from Birmingham International Train Station

By Courtesy Bus: From Birmingham International railway station, guests may use the free telephone to arrange a collection to the hotel, by courtesy bus. The bus stop is Bus Stop C and located next to the taxi rank in the bus depot. The journey to the Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel takes approximately 5 minutes. The 24-hour service runs at 30-minute intervals.

Travelling from Birmingham New Street train station

From Birmingham New Street Station, take the train to Birmingham International Station. The journey normally takes around 10-15 minutes depending on the time of day. At Birmingham International Station, use the courtesy telephone (adjacent to Subway) to ask for the hotel bus to pick you up. The journey from Birmingham International Station to Hilton Birmingham Metropole hotel takes 5 minutes by courtesy bus. The 24-hour service runs every 30 minutes. 

Travelling from Birmingham Airport

By Courtesy Bus: Due to security measures in force at Birmingham Airport, we are no longer permitted to use our courtesy bus service direct to or from the airport between the hours of 06.00 and 23.00. All hotel guests travelling from Birmingham Airport during these hours should take the mono rail to Birmingham International rail station, where you should use the free telephone (signposted with the Hilton logo adjacent to Subway), the shuttle bus will be able to then collect passengers.

All guests travelling to Birmingham Airport outside these hours should contact the Hotel on 0121 780 6265. The bus stop is at Bus Stop C and located at outside the main arrival and departure terminal.

The journey takes approximately five minutes and our courtesy bus runs every 30 minutes, 24 hours per day.
