Enfield selected Civica’s cloud-based housing software, Cx, to support its digital vision

Improving customer services including extending online self-service capability and enhanced mobile working for officers. The fully managed solution, delivered via Civica’s secure managed cloud platform, will integrate with Enfield’s corporate CRM solution and with the company’s OPENRevenues council tax and benefits administration system to enable more efficient processing through increased automation and real-time view of information.
