Civica support is available between 8:00am - 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time from Monday to Friday, excluding scheduled holidays listed below.

  • New Year’s Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day After Thanksgiving
  • Christmas Eve
  • Christmas Day

Where a holiday occurs on a Saturday, Civica support is closed on the preceding Friday, and when a holiday occurs on a Sunday, Civica support is closed on the following Monday.

Some Public Safety customers have individual support arrangements which differ to these standard operating hours.
