Executive Director, Local Government
Jeff manages our local government division, driving a business which supports over 90% of local authorities and thousands of schools across the UK and providing technology solutions that empower teams and improve lives in communities.
Since joining Civica in 2006 through acquisition, Jeff has held a number of senior management roles, including managing director of our Payments, Social Housing and Transport businesses and operations director for our managed cloud platform. He previously held roles within the Civil Service and at First Direct.
Director, Sales, Local Government & Housing
Emily began her career in local government as a waste management officer and after five years joined Civica to learn more about technology and how it supports councils to deliver vital services to customers. After eleven years at Civica, her career spans from product manager to a divisional managing director, working closely with chief executives and officers to appreciate the ever-changing local government landscape. Identifying with them how Civica can remove barriers and support the evolution of their workforce and understanding the practical impact of technology.
Director, Sales, Blue Light & Commercial
Keith manages our blue light and commercial business, which supports the majority of the UKs blue light sector, its related organisations and many commercial organisations. Our solutions help our customers to maintain national security, public safety and decision making through the provision of innovative software, high quality data and class leading services.
Since joining Civica in 2017, Keith has held a number of senior management roles, including operations director for Community Protection and divisional managing director of our Transport & Blue Light business. Previously, he held senior transformational roles within commercial software organisations, utilities, government and education.
Helen has over 20 years Product Management experience working in various product and technology leadership roles. Most recently in her return to Civica in 2020 as Product Director for Housing and Asset Management, and in her previous roles at Capita, Congenica and Serengeti.
Helen has experience in full product life-cycle management, product strategy definition, business case construction and realisation, go to market, sales and pricing strategy across a variety of disciplines and geographies.
She brings a wealth of best practice to drive the local government portfolio to prioritise investment and drive revenues, whilst balancing the need for secure, compliant and quality solutions for customers and prospects.
Rachel previously held various accountancy roles in local government and Finance. After a career change into technology, she has worked at Civica for 22+ years. Since joining, Rachel has managed the revenues and benefits business, including transforming the development of our legacy product into the cloud. Bringing a wealth of local government experience, in 2018, she became the divisional managing director for our revenues and benefits, fraud, collections, electronic document management and financial management solutions – ensuring our software meets customer demands.
Anna joined Civica in 2019 working in the Health division, and recently joined the Local Government Payments team as the Operations Director. She is enthusiastic about customer satisfaction and process transformation to achieve a high level of customer support.
Anna is a dedicated professional with 20 years’ experience supporting Public Sector clients and is excited by this new challenge, and eager to make a positive impact in the Support Director role.
Simon joined Civica in 2016 and has held senior leadership roles in the Central Government, Education and Local Government divisions as well as the indian and cloud central functions within Civica. This breadth of experience combined with his development and delivery background in his earlier career, forms a strong platform to lead the local government development function and focus the architecture, engineering, testing, and infrastructure teams as they drive to deliver quality, secure solutions that align to customers’ needs.
Pensions Managing Director
Chris is responsible for the strategic development and operation of Civica Pensions. He is passionate about understanding and supporting pension funds to achieve their goals. By providing innovative solutions through technology and service delivery, Chris ensures customers can deliver better outcomes. Joining Civica in 2016, Chris has a wealth of experience in taking a conceptual idea through to full development of a product, mobilisation, operationalisation, and launch.
Mark joined Civica in 2013 as a developer in our Payments business, and then became the development director within Social Housing where Mark was responsible for the re-write and launch of Cx Housing platform which now has 120+ customers. For the last three years, Mark has been responsible for Civica’s U.S. business and recently moved to Ohio to manage the business and lead on the cloud development for our Master Data Management development solution, aiming to revolutionising customer data quality and integration across applications.
Divisional Managing Director
Tracy leads our Business Processing and IT Outsourcing operations supporting local government to efficiently deliver services to citizens. Services include revenue collection, benefit payments, debt recovery, IT and customer contact.
Tracy is passionate about public services and has over 10 years’ experience which commenced in local government looking after commercial governance, commissioning, procurement and contract management. She then moved to the private sector delivering outsourced services to the public sector and joined Civica in 2019. She started her career in the BBC and held several business management roles in the media sector for over 22 years.
