Culture Gem selects Civica’s flexible Agylia learning platform to deliver enhanced culture and compliance training
- Civica’s Agylia Learning Management System will enable Culture Gem to provide learning across a range of styles
- Scalable Agylia platform supports new skills development, compliance and certification
Culture Gem provides tailored training programmes on organisational culture, leadership, compliance and safety, across a variety of learning styles combined with modern learning experiences.
Jemma Davis, CEO at Culture Gem said: “Our clients range from sole traders to large corporates and statutory bodies. Irrespective of size, we design tailored training solutions to meet their specific needs. Each programme provides a range of different learning styles and experiences, allowing learners to decide how they want to learn and digest information.”
The Agylia LMS provides a scalable and secure platform that will enable us to build a training environment that supports our clients and their workforce, as they undertake our training programmes to develop new skills, and achieve compliance and certification.
“Throughout the selection and implementation process, Civica was supportive and keen to listen and understand our needs. That’s certainly contributed to a great partnership approach. We look forward to working collaboratively to support our clients with our new digital learning platform.”
Using the Agylia LMS, Culture Gem will be able to create a range of learning pathways that deliver each of their training programmes in multiple learning styles – including eLearning courses, videos, podcasts and other digital support resources.
For Culture Gem, the Agylia LMS provides a cost-effective and intuitive tool for user management, learning pathway creation, targeting of content to groups or individuals, and reporting of learning activities. With a single platform for the management and delivery of their training programmes, the Agylia LMS will support Culture Gem in providing new and enhanced people-centric services.
