Our people and values - that’s the Civica difference!


At Civica our people matter. They’re the ones who build long lasting relationships with our customers. The ones with the ideas. The ones who make the ideas happen, and the ones who bring our brand to life.

But, as teams, individuals and a business, we can only ever achieve truly great things when we share the same values and pull in the same direction.

Built into everything we do, we actively encourage our employees to develop their full potential in a culture guided by our 3 core values of Knowledge, Integrity and Action (KIA).


According to our latest IiP Gold assessment, 83% of our employees genuinely share and believe in our values, with a further 12% being too new to Civica to comment.

That’s why we take the physical and mental wellbeing of our employees extremely seriously and actively encourage a good work life balance. From our monthly ‘Number 1’ communication packed with handy hints and tips, to a one-to-one session with our health and wellbeing guru, Clive, during their induction, our people couldn’t be more supported.
