CRM Senior Technical Consultant - Dynamics 365 / CRM 2016
Location: Home Based - Any UK Office

Civica Digital requires a requires a CRM Senior Technical Consultant with in-depth knowledge of Dynamics 365 / CRM 2016 to work closely with customers delivering Dynamics CRM Solutions.
- Detailed Technical understanding Dynamics CRM, with a high-level of knowledge for both the On-Premises and Online offerings.
- Detailed Technical understanding of CRM deployment options including bolt-on third party components
- Extensive proven experience of architecting a Dynamics CRM Solution
- Set best practices to extend the CRM functionality when required.
- Determination of the optimal approach, architectures and technical solutions to best meet client requirements and direct junior staff to this approach
- Identification and mitigation of technical risks
- Introduce and monitoring the adherence of technical standards, guidelines and principles
- Full-lifecycle experience of designing, developing and testing technical solutions
- Understanding of architectural drivers when designing software solutions
- Capable of communicating complex technical concepts, both detailed and abstract, to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Extensive experience of cloud development principles and methods and proven delivery to the cloud
- Extensive knowledge of CRM Capabilities - Sales, Service, Marketing & Social Engagement
- Extensive experience of Agile principles and processes throughout the software development lifecycle
- Ability to work collaboratively with the customer team, product owners and third parties as well as the internal team
- Independence, flexibility, dedication
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills
- We are looking for a minimum of 2 years Dynamics CRM commercial experience with knowledge up to and including Dynamics 365 / CRM 2016
- Candidates must be able to show involvement in at least 3 client facing implementation projects.
- Show provision of applications support for at least 3 clients
