Take on an essential role within our Transport Service Delivery Team, working with several concurrent Civica customers to implement the Tranman and Transend Systems.

Management and visibility of vehicle and driver compliance is essential for fleet managers to ensure public safety. Our cloud-enabled fleet management software, Tranman, supports both public and private sector organisations to more effectively manage processes and reduce costs through improved information management and more efficient data capture. With over 30 years of sector experience, our software can help you enhance workshop productivity, minimise vehicle downtime for repairs, improve accident and risk management, and improve fuel usage controls.

About You 

The implementation team work with many different IT and Transport disciplines; therefore, your knowledge and experience will help ensure that Civica is recognised as the leading Fleet Software supplier in the market place.  You will achieve this through positivity, action,  professionalism, and industry knowledge.

  • Recent experience within a software implementation role for a software house or within the Transport sector
  • Good understanding of command-line scripting
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Server 
  • Good knowledge of SQL Database Administration 
  • Good understanding of Microsoft Internet Information Services Configuration

About the Role 

With support from the rest of the team, the Implementation Consultant will develop an in-depth working knowledge of the complete Tranman and Transend solutions.  The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring implementations are delivered successfully, on time.  

Your core responsibilities;

  • Provide Training on Tranman Series 7 and Transend Products to Civica customers
  • Provide consultancy for Tranman Series 7 and Transend Products to Civica customers
  • To implement and configure Civica software following Civica project documentation, implementation guidelines and quality standards.
  • Define data conversion requirements and perform data loading
  • Testing and due diligence during implementations & upgrades
  • To communicate effectively with customers in advance of agreed tasks, provide progress updates during and upon completion, highlight issues, and recommend follow-on actions.
  • MSSQL Database administration.
  • Create SQL scripts to view and report on data
  • Creation of SQL Stored Procedures, Functions and Triggers.
