Civica’s consultancy division is looking for a Programme Manager to lead a programme of work for a high-profile public sector client.  The role will involve collaborating with senior programme sponsors and stakeholders.  The role will see you give guidance to the client on programmes and manage end to end programmes which could take 3 months or over a year.  The role will be home based with some occasional travel to the end customer organisation which is based in Scotland.

To be considered you will need deep experience of leading transformative programmes within software development.  You’ll need the ability to steer a programme and lead a customer.  You should have agile experience and ideally agile and scrum master certifications plus prince 2 practitioner.  Government or public sector experience would be beneficial too.  This could be an excellent move for a Senior Project Manager looking for a step up.
