People & Organisational Development Coordinator 12 Month FTC

Location: Home based – Midlands

We have an exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator to come and join our friendly People & Organisational Development Team, fondly known as POD.

This role will give you the opportunity to work within a large diverse software company supporting a couple of business divisions from a HR admin perspective.

We are keen to hear from applicants that HR admin experience.

Your core responsibilities:

To provide administration for the P&OD team

  • Upkeep and maintenance of the P&OD System
  • Leavers and starters documentation (including production of offers)
  • Administration of letters (including change of T & C’s, Promotions, etc)
  • .
  • Maternity, Paternity and Adoption administration
  • Dealing with flexible working requests
  • Recording and monitoring of sickness
  • Benefits administration and queries (PF, ESIC, and other statutory compliance, etc)
  • Advice and guidance on HR policy and procedures.
  • Dealing with general P&OD queries
  • Scanning and indexing of P&OD Files
  • Maintain of Knowledge Base System
  • Monthly reporting
  • Update policies and procedures
