As a result of a continued period of growth we are eager to appoint a further Clinical Systems Consultant to join the team supporting Customers through the onboarding / implementation of our EDMS and EPMA software solutions.

This is a great time to join this fast-growing Civica business.  We have an incredibly busy order pipeline.

Accountabilities include:

  • To provide Consultancy to Civica Customers implementing our clinical systems
  • To become a subject matter expert, supporting our Customers regarding application functionality and capabilities, including training if required
  • To contribute ideas to the development of the systems
  • To investigate customers problems/requirements, through workshops etc. and document the required configurations / changes
  • To propose end to end solutions incorporating process and application components which will solve the customer’s problem
  • To work in agile or waterfall mode to help develop the solution and be able to assess/explain which approach is best 
  • To be able to work flexibly with other team members in product, development, testing and services to configure, develop and deliver solutions to problems
  • To ensure that implemented solutions to problems are well documented in order that we can learn from them and apply similar solutions in other projects going forward
  • To be able to configure the applications to meet the solution requirement and/or work with others to do so
  • Support sales activities such as input to ITT responses, bids, tenders and other pre-sales activity as required.

About You

Essential Skills:

  • 4+ years working closely with Clinical EDMS (Document Management) systems delivering clinical systems into NHS Customers, (including EPMA (E-prescribing) systems ideally).  Either gained within a software house or Consultancy setting or directly within the NHS.
  • Strong systems analysis skills, including the ability to understand/map processes, define problems and describe benefits
  • Strong skills to define requirements including wire framing, agile, producing specifications, agile working
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent documentation skills
  • Excellent ability to work with customers and understand their problems in the Health and Care arena
  • The ability to be flexible, adaptable, think on your feet and work on your own initiative
  • Excellent skills to manage expectations and control changing requirements
  • Professional, resourceful, driven, energetic!
