About You 

  • Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Change Management Function across across the Service Delivery Platform.  Working closely with the Service Desk, technical teams, process owners and stakeholder’s supporting both internal and external clients from single services to full IT platform provisions across an international shared service centre.
  • You must have 4+ years’ experience in an IT support environment
  • Experience and knowledge of MS office packages (at intermediate / advanced level)
  • Strong time management skills and attention to detail
  • Strong negotiation and influencing skills
  • Previous experience of using Service Management Tools e.g. LANDESK and working within an ISO9000:20000 certified environment 
  • Build lasting relationships within the business – and external suppliers
  • Share knowledge and information with team members and peers

Your core responsibilities;

  • Supporting implementation of new or revised processes within appropriate toolsets (working practices, ITSM system) within SDP and customer organisations.
  • Preparing agendas for CAB, taking minutes and chairing CABs, including emergency CABs
  • Engage with customer (internal and external) as part of processes and escalate risks, spending time on customer sites as required
  • Identify opportunities for improvement within the process with SDP and customer teams
  • Acting as an escalation point for the Change Management process.
  • Maintenance of processes maintaining compliance with group policies and accreditations
  • Preparing agendas for CAB, taking minutes and chairing CABs, including emergency CABs
