Join our team supporting critical applications for public services.
We’re currently searching for a number of Application Support Analysts to join a new team within Civica who will be supporting a new application to be used in a public service customer. You’ll be working on client site with some work in the Civica Belfast office.

About the role
You’ll be working closely with the project manager, development team and the end client to ensure a smooth service is delivered and work out any bugs or common issues.
You’ll also be providing support to the end client and assisting them with their issues.
The successful candidate will have the ability to develop strong relationships with users of the system, be highly analytical and be able to be proactive in regards to creating user guides or reporting common issues with potential solutions to the development team.
Ideally you’ll be confident in your ability to prioritise tasks which will in turn allow you to deliver high quality support services.
- Good knowledge of scripting and querying SQL /MS SQL Server 2008 to 2016
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and ability to provide clear and effective reporting and documentation.
- Ideally you’ll have some experience providing some level of IT/Application support
