Oakland Primecare chooses Civica to support growing care home operations

Coldharbour software selected for new three-year contract to streamline practices for nursing and specialist dementia provider

Oakland Primecare has selected Coldharbour residential care home software from Civica, a market leader in business critical software applications and digital solutions to automate its financial and operational management.

Through use of the software, Oakland Primecare will reduce administration time in manual planning and recording rotas and streamline enquiry and billing processes to free up employees for other business-critical functions.

Oakland Primecare is a residential care company providing luxury retirement living within welcoming surroundings for up to 160 residents. Each home offers a wide range of high quality facilities and amenities, alongside regular activities and outings to encourage individual wellbeing and social interaction.

Oakland will use Civica’s entire residential care solution covering workforce management, compliance, business intelligence, billing and finance, cost control and digital interaction.

Civica’s Coldharbour software provides financial and operational management for care providers. This covers the entire care provision process from enquiry, referral management, care and staff planning, through to contracts, time-sheets, billing and pay. This not only automates processes and improves visibility of information, but also delivers workforce efficiencies and resilience to the current increases in care costs and employee shortages.
