Triple cloud and innovation awards for Civica including eco innovation award in Australian Business Awards 2021

  • Civica’s Claims Payment Gateway wins Digital Innovation Award in Australian Business Awards
  • Authority Altitude Local Government Management System wins Cloud Innovation Award,
  • C My Trees App wins in Eco Innovation category

Civica, a global leader in software for public services, has been recognised as a leader in cloud, digital and eco innovation with three award wins in the 2021 Australian Business Awards (ABA’s).

The ABA’s celebrate organisations that demonstrate the core values of business innovation, employee engagement, customer satisfaction, experience management, business sustainability, product and technology innovation through a number of award categories. The three Innovation Awards respectively recognise cloud, digital and eco applications, products and services that provide innovative solutions for new and existing market needs. This is the third consecutive year Civica has been awarded at least one innovation award from the ABAs.

Civica’s Claims Payment Gateway, recipient of a 2021 Digital Innovation Award, is a solution developed in conjunction with LanternPay to give members the additional convenience of being able to claim a benefit while attending a visit to their health provider.

The new core ERP system for Local Government Authority Altitude has also picked up an award in the Cloud Innovation category. Altitude, a fit-for-purpose software system designed with local government employees and residents needs in mind, is built on a SaaS platform. It has delivered to the market a product that incorporates all the functionality required by local government while giving council employees and residents access to council services online via any device from anywhere.

Civica’s third award for Eco innovation, sees recent acquisition ArborSafe secure recognition for the C My Trees app which helps users better understand the huge environmental value of retaining mature trees within the landscape. It helps them understand their carbon footprint and put in place tangible measures for offsetting that footprint by retaining mature trees and planting new trees at their home, school, work and elsewhere.
