Our recent Changing Landscape Northern Ireland report highlighted that demand for digital services continues to grow in the region, with 40% of the Northern Irish citizens we surveyed believing 24/7 online services should be delivered as standard from the public sector.

This presents a great opportunity for the public sector to digitally transform to provide better, simpler and more accessible services design around the citizen. But, where do leaders begin on their transformation journey?
