The City of Cardiff Council transforms the way they work with Civica
Cardiff already had an in-house recovery team, and in 2014 was charged with taking on the enforcement of Parking Fine Warrants.
This is when we first made contact with Civica. From the very start we knew that the business plan would be difficult and the project timelines challenging for any organisation who was interested in forming a partnership. High expectations for both functionality and the commercial parameters for an agreement were embedded within a 5 year agreement and Civica understood these business requisites from day one.
Our team is familiar with Civica Collections, as most commercial enforcement firms use their systems and as such we had access to their client portal. Now using their full suite, we are delighted with both products and services, and are already looking for ways to grow the use of the system beyond parking enforcement, which is where the journey started.
It is really important to us that Civica welcomes client input to help shape the future of their products. This gives us liberty to help prioritise additions of the highest value to our organisation and gives us very early insight into the roadmap. In summary we have been delighted to date with the relationship.
