Ben is responsible for the Group’s expanding activities in Asia Pacific and Singapore, with a focus on helping our customers to deliver better outcomes. He has overseen the development of our business in both regions, growing the use of our cloud software and increasing product adoption and innovation across sectors and geographies while adding complementary capabilities through acquisition.
Based in Melbourne, Australia, Ben joined Civica in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer for Australia and New Zealand. He has 20 years’ experience of working with and for the public sector at all levels, including executive roles within foreign affairs, regional affairs and transport portfolios. Prior to Civica, Ben’s track record included management roles across Australia and Asia, including ten years serving both the government and commercial sectors at a digital solutions consultancy.
