We are looking to recruit a Software Support Analyst to join our software support team based in Leeds. You will be responsible for providing first line customer and application support to a variety of Civica software solution customers.

  • You will work with colleagues and customers to understand and respond appropriately to customer requests, in line with Civica business needs in order to provide effective service to customers.
  • You will ensure support of software and services in line with agreed policies and standards.
  • This is an excellent opportunity for someone with outstanding customer service skills and an interest in software and IT to take their first steps within a software support role.
