Your host

Wayne Story

Wayne Story, chief executive officer, has been leading Civica since 2015, with a successful track record prior to that with leading businesses including Equiniti, TSB Group, PA Consulting and Capita.

2020 promises to be a significant year for all of us. Local public services have responded in unprecedented fashion over recent years, however with increasing demand and expectation from housing and high streets to health and care, it’s clear that organisations are having to change the way they think and operate.

"Our Leadership Forum provides a great opportunity for leaders responsible for delivering public services to engage, debate and discuss challenges and opportunities. For Civica’s leadership team, it’s vital to explore the real problems faced by public sector leaders, and to consider how aligning our software and digital strategies can help. It’s not just about helping to solve today’s challenges, it’s about gaining insight into how we can help shape the future’’.
