Gary has extensive international experience in business transformation and is responsible for Special Projects across Civica globally, leading on managing our contract in the State of Victoria in Australia.
With wide-ranging extensive expertise across the public and private sectors, Gary has also successfully led both the growing use of automation within our activities and the development and delivery of multiple innovative solutions to enable organisations to commercialise and deliver shared services. Prior to joining Civica, Gary spent more than 20 years in central and local government.
