The data challenge: Unlocking the real transformation of public services: Join us for this peer-led roundtable as we explore how you can harness data to break down organisational barriers, lower costs, and deliver better public services.

The workforce challenge: Retaining and attracting a strong workforce is a vital challenge for the public sector. We will explore how leaders can equip their workforce with the necessary tools to work more productively, discuss what impact automation will have and how you can identify the right skills needed for the future.

Connecting homes. Connecting communities: In this session we will explore how government, housing and healthcare providers can work together to support independent living; by using technology to maximise quality of outcomes and better connect people and communities.

Working together to build sustainable communities: To ease the impact of climate change on our communities, the pressure is now on for local authorities and housing associations to implement innovative initiatives that build sustainable communities. Chaired by Rob Whiteman CBE, CEO CIPFA

Enabling public service innovation with place based leadership: We will discuss how collaborative, place-based leadership engenders proactive solutions to localised issues, strengthens communities and enables public service innovation.

Designing efficient, technology enabled services to help drive productivity: New and emerging technologies, like AI, automation, machine learning, are already transforming the way public services are delivered. In this session we will discuss to find out how you can best harness these new technologies.
