Sydney, May 3rd 2018: Civica, one of Australia’s leading suppliers of critical software applications, digital solutions and managed services that help transform the way organisations work, is pleased to announce a new customer win with BaptistCare (NSW & ACT) to supply Civica’s Cx Housing Management solution in an ANZ-first contract for the company.
BaptistCare, recognised as a leader in the human service industry through its community housing, aged care and community services for people living on the margins, conducted an extensive market review of system providers before signing up for the new contract for Civica Cx. This acknowledged the system’s position as the leading cloud based offering in the marketplace.
Civica is a leading partner within the social housing sector, helping more than 400 housing providers to support five million tenants. The company provides core software, technology services and digital solutions which enable organisations to deliver improved tenant services with greater efficiency. Cx is a next generation integrated housing management solution which focuses on people as well as assets, and empowers teams to work anytime, anywhere, from any device.
With Cx, customers can collect, manage and share information more effectively with stakeholders. Front-line employees will be able to respond to customer enquiries faster, increasing their productivity and improving customer satisfaction. Managers have access to up-to-date business information which helps them take corrective action when needed, and improve operations.
Mike Furner, General Manager Housing & Retirement Living at BaptistCare said, “Our partnership with Civica will allow us to expand our community housing in a sustainable and cost effective manner – reducing overall costs, improving our productivity and efficiency, and ensuring the limited funds we have are invested where it really matters, in social and affordable housing for our various communities.”
“We were looking for a system that placed the tenant at the centre of the solution, providing us with the ability to match tenants with the most suitable properties for them. One that could provide all the information needed at the fingertips of our BaptistCare employees so that they understood the tenant and the property and so could really support and deliver services to the tenants in the field as well as in the office. We also wanted a tenant portal flexible enough to enable the tenant to choose a communication channel best suited to them – smartphone, tablet or PC, call centre or at BaptistCare locations. Cx offers us all of these requirements in a modern, responsive design.”
Civica’s Cx also provides a solution that can easily grow with BaptistCare and any changing needs with a system that the employee can configure and administer without the need for extensive IT support. The system is also designed to work with external tools to minimise manual data handling, backed up with cloud grade data privacy and security.
“We’re delighted to be working with BaptistCare on this landmark deal for Civica in ANZ. As a global business one of our key strengths is being able to rapidly share best-in-class solutions like Cx across our Group companies. Cx has proved highly successful since its launch in the UK and we have wasted no time in demonstrating the capability to our ANZ customers. We believe this is the first of many deals to come for our housing and tenant management solutions in the region,” explained Richard Fiddis, Managing Director for Civica International. “It also re-affirms the growth in Civica’s international business and the continued successful execution of our strategy including expansion into wider markets.”
Civica’s Cx is now available for demonstration to customers in Asia-Pacific. For further information contact us via our website at civica.com.
