  • All paper handling, including the storage of any documents for appeal mediation
  • First stage appeals processing – our team are trained in dispute resolution; we'll mirror your appeals protocols to ensure your customer satisfaction rates are maintained at a high level
  • Inbound and outbound call handling – we'll do the chasing so you don’t have to!
  • Web-based and face-to-face mobility assessment
  • Liaison with any third-party Occupational Therapy assessors – providing a single point of contact for our clients
  • Arranging print and issue of badges once assessment is complete
  • Tap-on/tap-off service – we can provide as little or as much resource as you need, only when you need it
  • Providing suggestions for investment, service efficiency and technology improvement
