Civica is a top provider of software and consultancy services to public sector organisations.  This role sits in our growing MDM (master data management) division which supplies a sophisticated MDM software solution to local government, police and healthcare organisation.

The role will be primarily managing complex software implementation projects with our customers. The Head of Service Delivery will ensure predictable revenues by planning, executing, and finalising customer delivery projects according to strict deadlines and to budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members in order to deliver projects according to plan. In conjunction with the customer, they will also agree the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.

To be considered you will need project management experience and have managed small teams.  You’ll have excellent leadership and communication skills.  You should have experience in software delivery and ideally have some experience working with customers in the public sector.  You’ll also ned a driving license and willingness to travel when required.
