Victorian Sales Manager, Local & State Government

Tracey joined the Local & State Government team in February 2019 and she’s since established herself amongst Victorian local government customers as a trusted advisor who uses market insights and fresh thinking to maximise customer value. This year she joined an exclusive group of sales colleagues recognised for budget achievement, which is not a bad result at all given everything COVID has thrown at us.

What Tracey loves about her job, which she describes as rewarding, challenging and fun, is meeting her customers who have such a great a passion for their Council and Region. This inspires her to do her best to solve their problems and help them deliver great services to their communities. COVID has seen her working from home since March, but it has been a seamless transition with the tools provided, though she admits that she misses being on the road both locally and regionally.

Tracey attributes her success to a supportive and knowledgeable team of whom have spent previous years working in the LG sector. “We work as a collaborative team which includes our Senior Management. We are honest in the way we approach sales challenges, we work hard, and we look forward to letting our hair down when we get together… which I hope is one day soon.”
