Laura Van De Voorde is Services Manager in our Care team. She leads the Care Professional Services team, developing and implementing service procedures and maintaining customer relationships, also provide mentoring support in Implementation best practices.
My team delivers support to our customers that support their vulnerable customers in the community care industry. Ensuring that customer engagement and implementation services are of a high standard ensures our customers’ success. I am extremely rewarded in my role, both in the work that contributes to the community as well as watching my team members develop and grow in their roles. Customer service is of especially high value to me. Ensuring that as a team we provide the best customer service to our clients is what I would enjoy best.
I love the diversity of staff that are employed across the organisation. I also love that Civica is so flexible in terms of work / life balance. It has been pivotal for me to ensure that I can achieve my goals in my work life and my personal life.
Working from home during COVID has assisted with my work life balance. Although I often worked from home already, not having to travel has been a plus for me when times are busy. I have loved the challenge of moving to an online service delivery approach and have enjoyed working with our customers and supporting them through their learning journey of switching to remote working.
And yep after 2 years we are all still guilty of being on mute!
