Civica is a top provider of IT managed services to public sector organisations. This opening is to work with one of our top public sector clients in a project team responsible for implementation of new software and infrastructure systems.

We are looking to recruit a Business Change Consultant for our consultancy team. You will be responsible for helping clients achieve their goals by putting people at the heart of their digital change programme, understanding the people/process/cultural shift that the organisation is seeking, and ensuring the essential elements of leadership and operational change are successfully achieved through effective, timely interventions.

Provide expertise to help clients to drive value through their organisation by redesigning and redefining their capabilities, operating model, organisational structure, roles and responsibilities.  Establishing the organisation change capabilities needed to successfully effect and sustain large-scale, complex organisation change.

To be considered you will need proven experience in a business change role.  You will ideally have experience working on organisational and cultural change in public sector organisations.  Change management certifications such as Prosci would be preferred.  

Due to the clients Civica work with being government based, you will need to be eligible for security clearance.  This means 5 years UK residency is essential.
