Are you a Business Analyst who has experience within the Healthcare sector? Do you work within an Agile environment?
Civica are looking for a strong Senior Business Analyst who is looking for the chance to progress their career and work within our Healthcare Team.
As part of the Health and Care team you will be involved in defining and delivering product requirements for the Health and Care portfolio of products.
You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to elicit, analyse and translate a diverse range of requirements, leading to the production of innovative software solutions for our chosen markets.
You will be an integral part of the team, acting as the bridge between customers/product owners/sales and our development and quality assurance teams. As such you will be in regular contact with all product stakeholders, requiring excellent communication skills to engage with a range different people.
An eye for detail is also a key requirement. Our development and Quality Assurance teams will often never meet our customers. You must therefore be able to describe software requirements with sufficient structure and detail to allow end-to-end design, construction, testing and documentation.
