The innovative partnership approach has allowed MiHomecare to increase compliance of home visits by 35%. They can see in real-time live calls coming in against their care plans allowing for increased flexibility and mobility of staff and assurance of providing care on time through a simple and intuitive solution.

In our first branch before the mobile solution was activated we were hitting around 60% compliance for all visits.
