Tailored Care selects Coldharbour software to transform future care services

Four-year partnership to improve quality and standards of expanding domiciliary care business

Tailored Care has selected Coldharbour software from the Civica Group to provide an integrated community care IT solution. The contract is part of a strategic review to modernise and improve efficiencies across Tailored Care’s domiciliary care business. The new partnership will improve standards and allow the business to provide the highest quality bespoke experiences to the people it looks after.

Putting care before anything else, Tailored Care is constantly developing to meet the needs of its service users and is fast becoming a respected provider throughout the UK. The business provides a range of domiciliary care services including; Personal Care, Social Support, Health Care Support and End of Life Care.

Tailored Care required a scalable software suite that could grow and work with the future strategic plan of the business. The implementation of Coldharbour software for Community Care, Mobile Call Monitoring, Travel Time and Accounting and Payroll interfaces is the latest step in Tailored Care’s journey to deliver a high end, tailored care experience to every individual.
